When will my order ship?
Please allow 5 business days order to ship out.
Tracking information is sent to the email address listed at the time of order once your order has shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at [email protected].
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL

What if there is an issue?
If the product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 24hrs of receiving your product by sending an email [email protected] with pictures, and if possible a video of the defective product.  A member of the AK Team will review. If it is determined that you are eligible for a refund due to the product being defective you will be emailed a returned shipping label, and you will be issued a refund after the defective item is returned.

Can I cancel my order
?
No you cannot all sales are final.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email or email us directly at [email protected] ASAP and provide the correct information.  We will updare your order, if it has not shipped. with the updared information.

How long does shipping take?
