We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We are willing to work with you to resolve any issues with our products.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damaged items within 24hrs of receipt by contacting [email protected] with pictures and/or video along with a description of the issue.

If the defect is a result of something that occurred prior to shipping we will cover shipping cost. The item must be shipped back within 5 business days after receiving the shipping label.

Lost Package or Damage Package During Shipping
AK is not responsible for damage caused during shipping or lost packages. A claim must be filed with USPS by the customer.
